Marketing, Outreach and Recruitment Manager

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles (BBBSLA) is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, dedicated, and mission-focused Marketing, Outreach and Recruitment Manager with excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple high priority tasks simultaneously, and a desire to empower lives through the power of mentorship. This full-time position is accountable for agency communication, marketing efforts, community outreach, volunteer and youth/family recruitment, social media and website management, and content development – all with an eye to expanding BBBSLA’s brand awareness and mission impact.

The Marketing, Outreach and Recruitment Manager will support long-range strategic priorities, advance the agency’s goals, and persuasively convey the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles to diverse constituencies, including current and prospective youth/families, volunteers, donors, community partners, youth-serving leaders, corporate representatives, board members, social media followers and others who are critical to the agency’s overall prosperity.

The Marketing, Outreach and Recruitment Manager will provide shared support to the President & CEO, Senior Director of Programs, Senior Director of Development and other Executive Team members, as assigned.
