The Challenges

Currently not an employer in the US but looking to create an entity to become an employer in the US.
Have no US payroll, US benefits, or any US compliance items ready to have US employees.
Current HR systems can support US employees but only from an HRIS perspective (no with payroll/benefits). And during the project, it was determined current platform was not ideal for the client moving forward.

The Solutions

Guide to HR worked through a complete Request for Proposal (RFP) for a payroll provider (including a benefits tool, US onboarding, and global HRIS), which included demos and recommendations to the client. The selected provider would be taking over the current HRIS platform and also offer the new features of US Payroll, Benefits, and Onboarding. Guide to HR owned the implementation process with the client’s HR and Finance teams supporting the process.
Additionally, the client asked Guide to HR to support the RFP for an equity platform solution. Several vendors were evaluated and once one was selected, Guide to HR partnered with the Finance team throughout the implementation process.
